Membership, job advertising and hiring services.
Child Care Program membership
Unlimited job postings and access to our prescreened network, including presented candidate summaries. Prescreening covers resumes, work history, experience and availability; summaries identify the screening completed.
Monthly pricing is based on licensed maximum capacity.

Each listing is visible for 30 days; edits do not extend it.
Nonmember job postings
One free 3-day introductory listing per business. After that: $10 per listing, per day, for the duration you select. No automatic paid conversion.
Expired listings are hidden; applications and records remain.
Hiring & Emergency Backup Pool support — $399 per new hire
Required for each new ongoing part-time or on-call hire from the AK EarlyCare network, including hires through listings. Applies to members and nonmembers.
Your Emergency Backup Pool contains employees your child care program has already hired. The service includes:
- Adding your new employee to that employee pool after onboarding.
- Pool upkeep and hiring support, with the tasks and support period specified in your written agreement.
- Up to seven days of help finding a replacement after you notify us the hire didn’t work out. A replacement is not guaranteed.
Payment is due after both parties accept the role, pay and start date, and before work begins. Temporary shifts and scheduling existing employees do not trigger this fee. Later shifts with the same employee do not incur another hiring fee.
Temporary coverage
Post a coverage need and review interested professionals. Availability is not guaranteed. Temporary work requires separately agreed terms; no automatic per-shift charge applies.
Dedicated recruiting
Recruiting searches are quoted separately. Your written search agreement specifies the work, applicable fee, payment and cancellation terms.
Before you start
Care Professionals join free. Your child care program selects, employs, onboards, supervises and pays its employees and completes required employment checks. AK EarlyCare does not perform background or fingerprint checks or guarantee clearance.
